A pouch at his belt contains medicinal herbs and treats. • Distinguishing Marks: A prominent scar across his throat from a wounded wolf he was treating. He speaks in a permanent whisper because of it.

Backstory
Kroggar was born small and sickly, expected to die in infancy. When he survived, he was deemed unsuitable for warrior training and assigned to tend the clan's beasts. He discovered a natural gift for understanding animals and has become the finest beast handler in three clans, though many still mock him as "the Tender."
Daily Life
Kroggar rises before dawn to check on the clan's animals, from war-wolves to pack boars. He spends his days treating injuries, training young beasts, and preparing them for battle. In the evenings, he retreats to his small hut with his oldest companion, a one-eyed wolf named Graymuzzle.
Secret
Kroggar has discovered that he can sense the emotions of animals and even influence them slightly. He fears this is a form of Stone-Keeper magic that would force him to leave his beloved beasts and train with the Stone-Keepers instead.
